Hotel Indigo Newark Downtown

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even switched my room when I pointed out an issue with the view. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance to the train station. This made it really convenient for exploring downtown and catching a hockey game. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great location right next to the Prudential Center. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing with clear views of the Empire State Building. The receptionist, Gerry, was very kind and added to the overall friendly atmosphere. The hotel has a nice, modern decor and the bar and restaurant have a great atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near Newark airport, making it easy to access for travelers. It is near everything and there are several options for dining and entertainment in the area. The shuttle drivers are friendly and accommodating.

The streets around the hotel can be rough, with a high presence of drunks and addicts.

The hotel was excellent and fairly clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was awesome right on the Main Street. Thanks to an excellent service I had a great stay.

The rooftop location was stunning. I loved that it had a great view of the city and seating area to relax. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Overall I had a pleasant stay at Indigo.

We had a great stay here! The location on the main Broad street made it convenient for exploring the city and it was not too far from the airport. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV. The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar/lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. It provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Clean hotel, spacious room, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi available throughout, good mix of kids and movie channels on TV. Ideal location for Newark Liberty Airport and Newark Penn Station. 24-7 7-11 supermarket next door. Shuttle useful on weekdays with minimal wait times. Area can be rough but had no issues walking back at night. Great stay and happy with my choice.

This place is a hidden gem! I absolutely loved the modern conversion of this historical building while keeping its structural features intact. The location is perfect, being situated on the main Broad street, and not far from the airport. The service, from the room amenities like tea and coffee facilities and in-room safe, to the staff, was top-notch. Additionally, the facilities such as the free Wi-Fi and the bar/lounge area made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to everything you might need. It is situated near the Penn PATH station, Prudential center, and only a short distance from the airport. The rooms are exceptionally lovely with poured concrete floors in the bathrooms and hardwood floors. The washable duvet covers are perfect for those who have severe dust allergies. The staff is friendly and remembers guests. Breakfast at the restaurant is delicious and worth it.

The noise level outside the hotel is high due to the location near the busy city center.

The room was clean and spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. the hotel had fast Wi-Fi throughout and a good variety of TV channels. the location was convenient for both the airport and the train station.

The check-in process was not smooth, as we were initially given a small, dirty room. the breakfast was not buffet style and was quite expensive.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the friendly staff and the amazing air-conditioning system. the staff was very helpful and welcoming, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the air-conditioning system was impressive as it was quiet yet effective in keeping the room cool. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was surrounded by several stores and shops, which made it easy to find everything I needed within a short walking distance.

There were a few aspects that I was not particularly fond of. the bed was a bit firm for my liking.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo for a quick overnight stop in the city. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the PATH train station. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the decor throughout the building was impressive. Our room was spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable night's sleep. it was a great value for the price.
